The e-mail is sent from "digitalsigning@realsmart.be" and is a verified e-mail address.


There may be several reasons why no e-mail is received:

  • check if the e-mail has ended up in unwanted e-mails/spam
  • contact the file manager of the office to check the given e-mail address
  • for business email addresses: check the firewall/mail server settings


An alternative is to specify another e-mail address where this e-mail can be received.
