There may be several reasons why no e-mail is received:
- check if the e-mail has ended up in unwanted e-mails/spam
- contact the file manager of the office to check the given e-mail address
- for business email addresses: check the firewall/mail server settings
An alternative is to specify another e-mail address where this e-mail can be received.
