It is possible to refuse a document and to give a reason for doing so. You can find the following button on the portal:
Attention: We advise you to first contact the file manager of the office directly and not via the mail from "esignatures@immo-connect.be". It is possible that the reason for refusal is unjustified. A refused document will have to go through the entire signing procedure again from scratch.
